Congress Registration

A congress bag including all documents (Final Programme, Abstract Book, name badge, vouchers, etc.) will be distributed to the registered participants during the following opening hours:

On-site Registration

On-site registration will be accepted. Please arrive early, if you wish to register on-site. Please note that on-site registrants cannot be guaranteed to receive all congress documents. All fees for onsite congress registration and related activities should be paid in Swedish kronor (SEK) to the IFHP2012 Administrative Secretariat – clearly stating the participant's name and address. Payment for onsite registration can only be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

For registrants from the EU, it is possible to reclaim the VAT in the name of their company. All other registrants please consult the tax authorities of their respective countries.

What's included?

The registration fee for participants includes unlimited access to all scientific sessions, study visits and seminars. Welcome Reception is included and also lunch and coffee Monday to Wednesday.

Online Registration

Participants register for the congress and related activities via the following link: Online-Registration. Please follow the instructions on the website carefully. Online registration can be done with credit card payment (Visa / Mastercard) or through netbanking (“Direktbetalning”) at Swedbank, Nordea, SEB or Handelsbanken. If you can’t pay with credit card or via netbanking please register for invoice (faktura) and settle your payment on the 31st of July at the latest. Please note, there will be an additional billing fee for invoicing of 125SEK.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration by email. Please bring this confirmation to the Registration Desk at the congress centre as proof of your registration.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

If the registration will be cancelled before May 16th, 2012 a handling fee of 850SEK will be charged. After this date until July 16th, 2012 cancellations will be charged with 50 % of the total amount. After July 16th, the full amount will be charged. For any changes of names or other data related, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged. On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged at SEK 85.

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the nonappearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Badges

Access to all scientific sessions will only be possible with your personal name badge which you will receive at the Registration Desk at the main entrance of the congress centre in Gothenburg. Please always wear your badge! SEK250 will be charged for replacement of a lost badge.
